Do you do out of warranty repair?

We currently do not offer out of warranty repair at this moment but we are in the process of offering this service in the near future.

wistek warranty does not apply to

1,Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Wistek's current product literature.

2,Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility. Any product purchased through a third party seller, including eBay.

3,Wistek's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
