We currently only ship via FedEx Ground
Is there a way to request Expedited Shipping?
Please note that due to the fact that our power stations contain lithium-ion batteries which are hazardous and not permitted on airplanes, we cannot offer expedited shipping methods and can only ship via FedEx Ground service.
Can I take the Explorer portable power station on a plane?
Due to the fact that our products contain lithium ion batteries, under FAA regulations, any batteries exceeding 100Wh are not permitted onto a plane.
Do you offer in-person pickup?
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pick up at our office or distribution center at the moment. You may purchase our products directly from our website at www.wis-tek.com or at one of our authorized retailers such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes. Our products can also be found in stores at certain Harbor Freight and Costco locations.
Is signature service required for deliveries?
We do not require signatures on receiving our packages.
