I’m genuinely amazed by the quality of Wistek’s technical support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased 16 EVE MB31 314Ah LiFePO4 cells and a JK BMS. After assembling my battery, I discovered that the BMS wasn’t detecting the first cell. I initially suspected a faulty controller.

The Wistek support team responded incredibly quickly, carefully examined my photos, screenshots, and measurements, and involved their engineers in investigating the issue.

And they found the problem! It turned out that I had accidentally swapped two nearly identical cables supplied with my battery enclosure. One cable had an additional B0 wire required to detect the first cell. The connectors looked identical, so I hadn’t noticed the difference.

The mistake was entirely mine, and the cables weren’t even supplied by Wistek! Yet their team patiently investigated everything, identified the exact cause, and helped me solve it completely.

After swapping the cables, all 16 cells were detected perfectly, with an incredible voltage difference of just 0.001V!

I’m absolutely delighted! This is one of the best technical support experiences I’ve ever had. Outstanding expertise, remarkable speed, patience, and genuine dedication to the customer.
