1. Superior Quality Assurance

• 100% Authentic & Traceable: We guarantee brand-new, authentic Grade-A cells (including EVE) featuring original, fully traceable factory QR codes.
• Rigorous Testing: Every cell undergoes strict multi-point inspection before shipment, including voltage, internal resistance, physical appearance, and full capacity testing.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Comprehensive Coverage: We offer a full refund or replacement if you receive used cells, Grade-B cells, swollen units, or experience any performance defects upon arrival.
• Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition (intact terminals, no welding/soldering marks, and no physical damage).
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a seller error or verified product failure upon arrival.

3. Coverage Exclusions

• Assembly & User Errors: Issues caused during or after assembly—such as improper wiring, charger malfunctions, assembly mistakes, or cell imbalances—are not covered.
• Improper Operation: Damage caused by overcharging, lack of a compatible Battery Management System (BMS), direct terminal welding, or thermal swelling due to misuse is excluded.
• 15-Day Inspection Window: Quality is guaranteed upon delivery. Customers have 15 days from the date of receipt to test the cells. After 15 days, products are deemed accepted and in good working order.

4. 5-Year Limited Warranty

• Long-Term Performance Protection: All cells are backed by a 5-Year Warranty starting from the date of shipment.
• Capacity Guarantee: If a cell's capacity drops below 80% of its initial rated capacity within 5 years, simply submit video or photographic proof of the diagnostic test. We will provide a free replacement or a mutually agreed solution.
