How to Track Your Order

We categorize our order fulfillment into two primary shipping methods: Local Warehouse Shipping and Direct Shipping from China. Please refer to the guidelines below based on your order type.

1. Orders Shipped from Local Warehouses

  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days. During holidays or weekends, dispatch time may take up to 48–72 hours.

  • Carriers Used:

    • United States: FedEx

    • Europe: DPD, UPS, or DHL

  • How to Track: Your tracking number will be posted directly to your order details page once dispatched. You can enter your tracking number at 17TRACK (https://www.17track.net/en) to view real-time shipping progress.

2. Orders Shipped from China (Ocean Freight)

For large items or direct factory shipments, the standard timeline is structured as follows:

  • Order Preparation & Processing: 7 days

  • Export Customs Clearance: 3–5 days

  • Ocean Freight Transport: 25–30 days

  • Import Customs Clearance: 3–7 days

  • Final Local Express Delivery: 3–7 days

Important Tracking Note:

For China direct shipments, we will provide you with an Ocean Container Number alongside a pre-generated local courier tracking number.

Please note that the courier tracking number will only show live movement once import customs clearance is complete and the package is handed over to the local carrier for final delivery.
