EVE MB31 stud has come loose?

Since we DIY lithium battery enthusiasts don't have professional welding equipment, if the terminal stud comes loose, we can't re-process the battery cell terminal, making assembly impossible and wasting an expensive battery cell.
So why does this happen?
Reason 1: Poor welding.
The laser welding power did not meet the requirements, resulting in an unstable connection between the terminal post and the electrode, causing it to detach.
Reason 2: Excessive torque.
DIY enthusiasts use excessive torque during assembly, causing the terminal stud to detach.
How can this situation be resolved?
DIY enthusiasts usually find it difficult to perform post-sale welding of the terminal studs without professional welding equipment.
