  • Authenticity: We guarantee 100% genuine EVE brand or new brand batteries with verifiable factory QR codes. No compromises on quality.
  • Rigorous Testing: Every battery cell undergoes a thorough 100-point inspection by our professionals. This includes voltage, internal resistance, and capacity testing before delivery. You receive only the best performing cells.

Comprehensive After-Sales Support:

  • Full Refund Guarantee: We offer a full refund on any used cells, B-grade cells, or swollen cells. Additionally, we accept returns and refunds for any other battery cell issues you may encounter.
  • Easy Return Process: Returned batteries must be unused (with intact electrodes, no welding marks, no wear, and good appearance). We strive to make returns hassle-free.
  • Transparency in Return Costs: Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What's Not Covered:

  • Assembly-Related Issues: We cannot be held responsible for problems arising after assembly or during the assembly process, such as damage caused by incorrectly connected wires, charger failures, assembly errors, or unbalanced assembly.
  • Improper Charging: Damage caused by battery bulging, welding, or using battery packs without a protection BMS during charging is not covered.
  • Time Limitations: We guarantee the quality of individual batteries upon arrival. You have 15 days to test your cells. After this period, batteries are considered in good working order, and returns/refunds are not available.

  • 5-Year Peace of Mind: Enjoy a 5-year warranty (from the delivery date) on all our battery cells. If a single cell's capacity falls below 80% of its initial capacity within 5 years, simply send us test pictures or a video, and we'll provide a replacement or a satisfactory solution.
