    FAQ Section Example
    ●Advantages of Prismatic Batteries?
    1. Larger monomer capacity.
    2. Higher stability.
    3. Higher security.
    4. Higher space utilization.
    5. Lighter weight.
    ●What is the series and parallel connection of batteries?
    Both are how the battery is connected and is something you have to learn when assembling the battery.

    Series connection: Connecting the positive pole of one battery to the negative pole of another battery increases the voltage of the battery pack, but the capacity remains the same.

    Parallel connection: Connecting the positive pole of one battery to the positive pole of another battery increases the capacity of the battery pack, but the voltage remains the same.
    ●Are LiFePO4 batteries safe?
    There is no doubt that LiFePO4 batteries are one of the safest lithium-ion batteries out there. Due to its chemical properties and safe internal structure, LiFePO4 batteries will not explode even if they are severely damaged (such as puncture/strong knocks).
    ●Can LiFePO4 batteries be mixed?
    Generally speaking, it is best not to, but it depends on the situation.

    It is best not to mix batteries of different brands, because there may be subtle differences;

    It is also best not to mix batteries with different degrees of old and new, because the weakest battery in the battery pack will restrict the performance of the entire battery pack;

    Never mix batteries of different chemical properties, this may kill your LiFePO4 battery, although there are ways to achieve it, it is definitely not recommended for battery beginners to consider;

    Batteries with different capacities can be mixed, but the premise is that both batteries are 3.2V and connected in parallel.
    ●How are LiFePO4 batteries stored?
    The most important thing is the temperature. LiFePO4 batteries are well stored at room temperature (15°C~25°C), but too low temperature may damage the battery. In an icy environment, you need to pay attention to the insulation of the battery. Alternatively, the battery can be stored in a dry and ventilated room at 50% SOC.
    ●What should I do when I receive cells?
    After receiving the battery, please immediately check whether the insulating layer of the battery (usually a blue film) is damaged and whether the QR code is scratched. Also use a multimeter to check the voltage/internal resistance/capacity. Be sure to charge the battery to full voltage before using it for the first time.
    ●What is Grade A battery cells?
    ● Grade A: Cells perform to manufacturer specifications.
    ● Grade B: Cells under-perform or have other defects.
    ● Grade C: Cells are used, repackaged, salvaged, or damaged.
    ●When assembling, what torque should I use?
    Although we have tested and found that the welding studs can withstand 15N.m torque, we still recommend using no more than 6N.m torque.
