Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled from two types of warehouses: Local Warehouses and Chinese Warehouses.  
You can identify the fulfillment source using the emails sent after purchase:

1. Order Confirmation Email – sent immediately after purchase.
2. Order Shipment Email – sent once your order is dispatched.

Processing & Shipping Times:

- Local Warehouse Orders  
  Processing: 1–3 business days  
  Shipping: 3–7 business days  

- Chinese Warehouse Orders
  Processing: 7–10 business days  
  Shipping:  
  – Europe: 35–40 business days  
  – United States: 20–25 business days  

Note on Shipping Costs:  
For certain products, to ensure the most competitive pricing, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country or region. We do not profit from shipping charges—all fees reflect actual carrier costs.
